Kaija Bibbs has a diverse background in customer service and technology. Experience at The Springfield Country Club from April 2021 to December 2024 as a back server involved analyzing food orders, training new employees, and maintaining an organized workspace. Kaija also served as a student at Springfield-Clark CTC from August 2021 to May 2023, where a role as a teaching assistant was undertaken. Currently, Kaija is gaining technical experience as an IT Desktop Engineer Intern at Alkermes since May 2025.
