Katherine Solt is an accomplished HR professional with significant experience in various leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Sr. Director of HR Business Partner at Alkermes since September 2018, Katherine leads HR initiatives for the R&D organization. Prior to this, Katherine held the position of Director of HR Business Partner at Momenta Pharmaceuticals, supporting the Pharmaceutical Sciences organization from October 2017 to August 2018.
