Kirk Smith, MS, CSP, is a seasoned Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Principal, Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist at Alkermes since July 2017, Kirk specializes in integrating Human and Organizational Performance principles into pharmaceutical manufacturing. Previous experience includes managing EHS teams at Givaudan, where culture change was emphasized to reduce incident risk, and directing the Regional Health, Safety & Environmental program for GKN Land Systems in the Americas.
