Peter J. L. Pond

Peter J. L. Pond is an experienced security and operations manager with a diverse background in manufacturing and facility management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Global Security at Alkermes since June 2018, Peter leads physical security efforts at the Ohio manufacturing facility. Prior to this role, Peter held various positions including Manager at Enable Injections, where responsibilities encompassed equipment maintenance and safety management, and Manager of Site Services at AstraZeneca, contributing to the launch of a groundbreaking type II diabetes treatment. Peter's earlier experience includes manufacturing supervision at Stryker and roles in radio broadcasting, along with military service as a Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve, focusing on the personal security of the Chaplain. Peter holds an MBA from Norwich University and a BA in History from Plymouth State University.
