Philip Hogan

Philip Hogan is a highly experienced professional in the field of process chemistry and pharmaceutical development. Currently serving as the Director of Process Chemistry at Alkermes since November 2020, Hogan previously held the position of Director of CMC at Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. from August 2018 to October 2020. Prior roles include Director of Process Chemistry R&D and Associate Director of Process Chemistry R&D at Macrolide Pharmaceuticals and various positions at TetraPhase Pharmaceuticals, including Senior Research Scientist. Academic experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor at Memorial University of Newfoundland and conducting postdoctoral research at Harvard University. Hogan holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Harvard University and a B.S. in Chemistry from Florida State University.
