Saundra Ketner

Saundra Ketner has extensive experience in knowledge management and library services, currently serving as the Associate Director of Knowledge Management Services at Alkermes since August 2014, with prior roles including Manager and Senior R&D Librarian. Previously, Saundra contributed as a Knowledge Specialist at Cubist Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included developing scientific and medical information services. As Knowledge Manager at CitizenCompass, Saundra was instrumental in community development and content management for a startup initiative. At Joslin Diabetes Center, a specially created role as Research Library Resource Manager allowed integration of library resources and the establishment of networking initiatives for alumni. Early career experience includes roles at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute supporting library services. Saundra holds a Master of Science in Library and Information Sciences from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Science in History from Eastern Nazarene College.
