Shane Reddemann

Shane Reddemann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in managed markets and national accounts within the pharmaceutical industry. Since August 2014, Shane has served as Vice President of Managed Markets at Alkermes, overseeing various aspects including National, Regional, and Federal markets, as well as specialty and retail pharmacy operations. Prior to this role, Shane was a Senior Director of National Accounts, leading a team to secure access for Alkermes' portfolio and collaborating strategically with internal divisions. Shane's career includes significant roles at Merck, where responsibilities ranged from Senior National Account Executive to District Manager, along with positions at Carnrick Laboratories and Hormel Foods. Shane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and completed an Executive Education program in Authentic Leadership Development at Harvard Business School in 2021.
