Sharon Bosdet

Sharon Bosdet currently serves as the Senior Director and Head of Compensation at Alkermes, a position held since January 2025. Previously, Sharon occupied the role of Senior Director, Total Rewards and People Operations at bluebird bio from October 2023 to December 2024, and at Butterfly Network, Inc. from September 2021 to September 2023. From January 2021 to September 2021, Sharon worked as an HR Leader at Johnson & Johnson. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Total Rewards and HR Systems at Momenta Pharmaceuticals from April 2008 to January 2021, Associate Consultant at The Bostonian Group from July 2007 to March 2008, and Human Resources Consultant at Aviva from June 2001 to July 2007. Sharon earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Northeastern University, completing the degree between 1999 and 2004.
