Pooja Vatsyayan

Pooja Vatsyayan currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Marketing at Alkeus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since January 2025. Prior to this role, Pooja held the position of Global Head of Pharmaceutical Commercial Strategy and Development at Alcon from December 2023 to January 2025. From September 2019 to September 2023, Pooja was the Executive Director of Global Commercial Strategy in Ophthalmology at Apellis Pharmaceuticals, leading the global marketing team for the launch of SYFOVRE, the first-ever treatment for geographic atrophy. Pooja's experience also includes roles at Sanofi Genzyme, where Pooja was the Global Brand Leader for BIVV001 and Senior Director of US Marketing for Hemophilia A. At Bioverativ, a Sanofi company, Pooja advanced from Associate Director to Director/Sr. Director of US Marketing in Hemophilia. Pooja holds an EPBM in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and has additional education from the Kasturba Institute of Technology.
