Gaurav Taparia

Gaurav Taparia has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gaurav is currently working as the Senior Director of Engineering at Alkira, Inc. since March 2022. Prior to that, Gaurav worked at NTT Global Networks for over 11 years, holding the role of Sr. Director - Backbone Engineering. Gaurav Taparia has a diverse educational background. In 1996, they enrolled at the University of Mumbai and pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Telecommunications. Gaurav completed their undergraduate studies there in the year 2000. Concurrently, they also attended VESIT - University of Mumbai, where they earned another Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in the same field.

Later on, in 2001, Gaurav Taparia furthered their education by matriculating at the University of Colorado Boulder. Over the course of two years, they studied Interdisciplinary Telecommunication and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in this field.
