Otto Tuunanen has extensive experience in customer service, currently working as a Customer Service Expert at Alko Oy since February 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Customer Service Manager at Bear Storage from August 2017 to March 2020, and as a Waiter at Restel Oy and Krapihovi Oy from March 2014 to August 2016. Otto is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, with an expected graduation in May 2024.
