Kearra Blaser

Kearra Blaser is the Director of Operations at Alkon Corporation, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, Kearra gained valuable experience at Whirlpool Corporation, where responsibilities included managing multiple assembly lines and leading operations as a Manager of Operations from 2022 to 2025. Kearra also served as an Operations Supervisor and facilitated Autonomous Maintenance plans while at Whirlpool. Currently, Kearra is pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations at Tiffin University.
