Colby Hill

Colby Hill serves as the President of Hill Solutions L.L.C. since February 2023, specializing in consulting services for technical operations and technology transfers in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. In the same month, Colby also commenced a role as Technology Transfer Subject Matter Expert at ALKU, focusing on Small Volume Parenteral (SVP) technology transfer at the Pfizer Rocky Mount site. Previously, Colby worked as a Process Engineer at Insight Global from March 2021 to July 2023, supporting vaccine drug substance processes at Merck. Prior experience includes positions as a Validation Engineer at Barry-Wehmiller Design Group, Project Coordinator at Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Engineering Intern at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies. Colby’s early career included hospitality roles at The Bald Head Island Club and Fishy Fishy Cafe. Colby holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from East Carolina University, obtained in 2019.
