Kayla Gibbs

Kayla Gibbs started as a Recruiter in ALKU’s Herndon, VA office in June 2016 and has been a top performer since. She is one of the most reliable and respected people in the office, always setting the bar high for herself and leading by example.

Kayla is a true competitor and comes to work every day as hungry as she was when she first started. She is a pace setter; she leads by example in her work ethic and drive for excellence. She sets the tone with working hard and having fun while doing it! Her continuous strive for excellence has put her in the position to not only be a top performer in the company, but a mentor to many.

As the Infosoft Recruiting Manager, Kayla will take over the management of the InfoSoft Recruiting group. In this role she will develop and manage the entire recruiting effort for the InfoSoft group. Additionally, she will be creating a new business line in Engineering and Intelligence where she will be responsible for hot areas in these new marketplaces where our services can be utilized.
