Patty Blanchard

Patty started at ALKU as an intern in December 2013. After three intern sessions, she began full time as a Quality recruiter in June of 2015. After one year, when the division split into Medical Device and Pharmaceutical, Patty found her path within the Medical Device team. After a great amount of success as a recruiter, she began to move into leadership. Today, Patty manages the Medical Device QVC and Medical Device TE recruiting managers and teams. She will ensure continuous growth for the biggest division in the company, along with one of the fastest start-up groups. Patty’s passion is leading and motivating other people.
