Riane Rose

Riane Rose has diverse work experience in the senior living and healthcare industry. Riane began their career in 2010 as a Wellness Director at Assisted Living Concepts. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as an RN Case Manager at BAYADA Home Health Care. In 2015, they joined Senior Lifestyle as a Director of Health and Wellness and later became a Clinical Specialist, supporting multiple communities. In 2019, they moved to Watercrest Senior Living Group as a Regional Director of Clinical Operations. Riane then joined Five Star Senior Living in 2020 as a Regional Director of Health Services and later became a Divisional Director of Clinical. Currently, they are the Resident Care Director at All American Assisted Living starting from April 2023.

Riane Rose began their education in 2006 at Cumberland County College, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse in 2010. Riane then went on to obtain various certifications, including being a Certified Montessori Dementia Care Practitioner from the International Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners in February 2023. Riane also holds registered nurse licenses from multiple states, including New York, Delaware, Florida, and Wisconsin, which they obtained between 2010 and 2021. Additionally, they obtained a Registered Prof. Nurse license from the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs in July 2010. In September 2019, they received the FL ALF CORE Certification from the Agency for Health Care Administration.
