Tynisha Dumond

Tynisha Dumond has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tynisha began their career at 21st Century Total Health Clinic in 2013 as a Back Office Manager, where they conducted insurance verification and billing, oversaw the transition to e-filing, and generated narrative reports for patients and attorneys. In 2017, they joined Main St Counseling Center as a Front Desk Receptionist/Bookkeeper, where they greeted clients, scheduled appointments, and handled payments. Tynisha then worked at NJIT Pre-College Programs in 2018 as a Mathematics Teacher's Assistant/Summer Resident Assistant, and later joined All American Healthcare in 2020 as a Contracts Specialist. In this role, they fostered strong relationships with prospective clients, secured new contracts for long-term care facilities, and maintained client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Tynisha was recently promoted to the role of Director of Client Relations at All American Healthcare, where they serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients, negotiates agreements, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.

Tynisha Dumond pursued their education from 2016 to 2020 at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Technology.
