Andrew J. Norstrud

Mr. Norstrud is a seasoned professional with more than twenty years of professional experience, including over 12 years as a public company Chief Financial Officer at three separate companies, several years at Grant Thornton LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and consulting on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Norstrud has focused his career on high growth, market active, public companies within a wide range of industries including, but not limited to service, logistics, fulfillment, distribution, and software. Mr. Norstrud has always taken a leadership role within the organizations and has been instrumental in the company’s operations, strategic planning, and execution. Mr. Norstrud has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, integration of acquired entities, SEC reporting for active companies, system implementations, reporting, raising capital, debt financing, operations, analysis, budgeting, contract negotiations, and investor relations.

Mr. Norstrud began his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he focused his career on large public entities ranging in several industries, active in mergers and acquisitions, equity transactions, and growth.

Mr. Norstrud is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Board Member of nDivision, Inc. In addition, Mr. Norstrud operates a consulting business to provide financial guidance and leadership to development or distressed companies.

Mr. Norstrud also served as the CFO of GEE Group, Inc. Mr. Norstrud started with the Company in 2013 when the Company violated its listing with the NYSE, cash flow negative, several pending or threatened lawsuits, and in the middle of a two-year audit of the previously filed audit reports.

Mr. Norstrud returned the Company to good standing with the NYSE, cleaned up the reporting issues, settled the majority of the pending litigation, raised equity and debt to fund the Company until it was cash-flow positive, and restored the overall health of the Company while also becoming the Chief Executive officer, until March of 2015, when Mr. Norstrud completed an acquisition that brought in a well-known industry leader to become the Chief Executive Officer and returned to the role of Chief Financial Officer.

Previous to GEE Group Inc., Mr. Norstrud was the Chief Financial Officer of two public entities, Jagged Peak, Inc. and XPO Logistics. Mr. Norstrud started at each company when they were in a development stage with significant cash flow and business issues. In each case, Mr. Norstrud was able to provide executive leadership to correct the issues, create a positive strategy and properly grow the foundation of the company and the results were very positive. Jagged Peak, Inc. was subsequently sold at a multiple of 5 times the market value of when Mr. Norstrud began with the Company and XPO Logistics is now a billion-dollar transportation Company.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Norstrud was a Manager with Grant Thornton LLP and a Senior Financial and Information Technology auditor with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Norstrud graduated from the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL, with a Master of Accountancy, System Emphasis, and Western State Colorado University, Gunnison, CO with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. He is a Florida licensed Certified Public Accountant.
