Steve Otts

Steve Otts has extensive experience in management and technical roles across various industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager at All American Poly since June 2023, Steve previously worked at Dassault Falcon Jet from 1997 to June 2023, where roles included Aircraft Production Manager and Structures Mechanic. Steve also has a military background, having served as a helicopter crew chief in the United States Army National Guard from June 2000 to June 2006, and as a sheet metal and hydraulics specialist in the United States Marine Corps from June 1992 to June 1997. Earlier in the career, Steve was employed as a shovel worker at B&M Excavation from 1986 to 1993.
