Sergio Castano

Sergio Castano is an experienced quality management professional with a career spanning over two decades in various industries. Currently serving as Quality Manager at All American Racers Inc since March 2024, Sergio has held similar roles at Pacific Power Source, Inc. and Rubbercraft, where responsibilities included overseeing quality assurance processes. Prior to these positions, Sergio worked as Director of Quality at Rubbercraft and Quality Assurance Manager at EnCore Aerospace. Additional experience includes serving as Quality Manager at Zodiac Aerospace and Quality Engineer at Eaton and Lockheed Martin. Sergio holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Institute of Technology of Sonora, earned between 1998 and 2003.
