Jeffrey Cerny is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technology support and management. Currently serving as the Director of IT Operations at HelpDesk, Inc. since January 2016, Jeffrey oversees IT projects for multiple clients, focusing on strategies, schedules, and staff utilization. Additionally, since April 2013, Jeffrey has provided remote technology support as an Outsourced Technology Expert at All Campus, and has been offering on-site technical expertise in a similar role at Carnegie Dartlet since January 2006. Previous positions include Network & Systems Administrator roles at Alloy Education and Landon Media Group, Manager of Information Technology at Navigant Performance Group, and Data Analyst at Whitehead Institute. Jeffrey holds an A.B. in Mathematics from Dartmouth College.
