Mike Caruso is an experienced professional in instructional design and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Instructional Design and Project Management at AllCampus since June 2021. Mike's role involves managing course design and development for graduate and non-credit programs in collaboration with prestigious universities. Prior to this, Mike held positions such as Training Manager at CareMetx, LLC, where Mike led a training team, and Leadership Solutions Manager at Jabil, focusing on leadership development programs in various global regions. With a robust background at Bisk Education, spanning multiple leadership roles, Mike has extensive expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and stakeholder collaboration. Mike holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design for Online Learning from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Central Florida.
