Rischelle Fajardo

Rischelle Fajardo is a Training Coordinator at All Chicago Making Homelessness History since October 2022, with a robust background in education and mentoring. Previously, Rischelle was a Private Tutor from September 2020 to August 2022, focusing on developing inclusive learning materials and maintaining learner progress. As a Title I Instructor at CSC from September 2021 to July 2022, Rischelle designed and adapted personalized instruction for over 30 participants and collaborated with families and educators. Rischelle's experience in the service industry includes significant roles at Four Corners, where Rischelle earned Employee of the Year in 2020, and other establishments. Rischelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Illinois Chicago and an Associate of Arts from City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College.
