Shetoya Russell

Shetoya Russell is an experienced program manager currently working at All Chicago Making Homelessness History since September 2022. Previously, Shetoya held multiple roles at Centers for New Horizons from June 2016 to September 2022, including FamilyWorks Program Director and Area Manager, overseeing program staff and delivering outreach services. As a Housing Specialist, Shetoya executed community events and streamlined healthcare access for residents. Earlier positions include Housing First Case Manager at Chicago House and Social Service Agency from January 2013 to January 2016 and Housing Case Manager at Christian Community Health Center from March 2008 to January 2012, focusing on stability for those impacted by homelessness. Shetoya Russell holds a B.A. in Social Work/Black Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work at the University of Kentucky.
