James A. McNeilly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and project management. Currently serving as a Professional Realtor® at All City Real Estate since February 2016, McNeilly also holds the position of Managing Partner at ASIL Real Estate Investment, LLC, providing expertise in private and public real estate investments since May 2012. In addition, McNeilly is the CEO/President of iList Apps® HHI Classic Distributor and a Managing Partner at Hilton Head Island Export LLC, focusing on mobile application development and exporting goods in the oil and gas industry, respectively. Prior experience includes significant roles at Keller Williams Realty, Baker Hughes, and Western Atlas Inc., where McNeilly directed large-scale projects and operations, managing hundreds of employees and ensuring financial compliance. McNeilly holds certifications in Executive Managerial Accounting and Finance from Rice University and Executive Managerial Sales and Marketing from Houston Baptist University.
