Warren Black

Warren Black is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in broadcasting, writing, and production. Currently serving as an On-Air Host and Producer at All Classical Portland since September 2016, Warren shares music and companionship during weekday mornings and hosts the Saturday Matinee program. Prior to this role, Warren worked at KMHD Jazz Radio as a Host and Producer for a renowned jazz program and held various writing and editing positions, including Marketing Writer/Editor at Bullseye Glass Co. and Freelance Writer at Ingalls Communications. Warren's diverse background in radio, including a Morning News Anchor role at KCUR - Kansas City Public Media, and various acting projects further showcases a versatile skill set in media production and presentation. Educational qualifications include a BA in English from William Jewell College and training in voice and comedy from Voice One and Second City Training Center.
