Luis Puig Jr. has continued his father's legacy by making his mark in the construction industry. He graduated from Bradley University in 1986 with a degree in Construction Engineering and joined ALL Masonry as an estimator, then project manager. In 2014, he became the company's president and has since focused on developing a sustainable business model that positively impacts the city of Chicago. In recognition of their efforts, the Chicago Cubs awarded ALL Masonry the 10th Annual Jackie Robinson Most Valuable Diverse Business Partner award in 2016. This honor acknowledges businesses that embody Jackie Robinson's character and excellence while breaking down barriers. Luis and ALL Masonry's dedication has culminated in receiving the Excellence in Masonry Award in 2019, marking their 20th award since the company's inception. Luis is actively involved in several industry associations, including the International Masonry Institute, Masonry Contractors Association of Greater Chicago, Illinois Concrete Producers Association of America, Hispanic American Construction Industry Association, and Associated General Contractors of Illinois. He currently serves as a board member of the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and he is an Illinois Representative for the Mason Contractors Association of America.
