Megan Phelps-Samsa, SHRM-CP, is the Senior Field Operations Manager-Central Region at All Day Kitchens. Megan is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, building upon their Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from Southern Illinois University.
