Lindsay McMahon

Founder, CEO and Podcast Producer at All Ears English Education

Lindsay McMahon has an extensive work experience in the education and language learning fields. Lindsay started their career in 2006 as an English Teacher at Zoni Language Centers. Lindsay then went on to volunteer as a Conversation Partner at The International Center in 2006. In 2008, they worked as a Worker's Rights Intern at the American Friends Service Committee, Campus Communications Director at Mosaic International Institute, and International Volunteer at Totonicapan Community Association. In 2012, they were a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Lesley University and a Volunteer Cross-cultural Trainer at MIT Spouses and Partners Program. In 2013, they founded All Ears English Education, where they were the Founder, CEO, and Podcast Producer. During their time at All Ears English, they grew the Podcast to 200 million downloads within 7 years, was awarded numerous awards from Apple Podcasts, developed the 3 Keys IELTS Online Course and Method, implemented Lean Startup methods, strategized brand messages, and developed AI technology. In 2018, they also founded English and Culture Training Services, where they offer private English classes and cross-cultural training.

Lindsay McMahon obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington in 2004. Lindsay then went on to receive a TESOL Certificate from the School for International Training in June of 2004. After that, they attended the Interchange Institute for a Cross-cultural Trainers Workshop. Finally, they earned a MA in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University between 2010 and 2012.
