Thierry Huberdeau

Thierry Huberdeau is a seasoned professional in continuous improvement and quality management, currently serving as Director of Continuous Improvement and Quality at All-Fab Group since November 2014. Prior roles include Continuous Improvement and Quality Manager and Corporate Continuous Improvement Coordinator at All-Fab Group, as well as Lean Facilitator at MacDon Industries and Lean Coordinator at Westfield Industries, where Thierry developed a lean strategic action plan that earned the CME exporter of the year designation in 2009. Experience also includes project leadership at Loewen, where significant waste reduction and cost savings were achieved. Thierry holds a CIM degree from the University of Manitoba, various certifications in Lean and Quality Engineering, and a high school diploma from Collège Régional Gabrielle Roy.
