Zal Parakh

Zal Parakh has held various roles throughout their career, starting with their current position as Director of Information Technology at All Flex Solutions. Prior to that, they worked as a Fractional COO, Chief of Staff, Program Director, Implementer, Integrator, and Scrum Master at ZDZ Associates, LLC. Zal also served as the VP of Information Technology, IT Director, and Business Relationship Director at | Program Director | Transformation Management Director | ERP Advisory. Before their time at ZDZ Associates, LLC, Parakh worked as a Business Relationship Director and Account Director at Slalom, where they played a key role in account growth, relationship management, and solution planning. Zal also served as the IT Director and CIO at the Municipality of Anchorage, where they managed a large IT team and budget. Parakh has also worked as a Principal at ZDZ Associates, LLC, providing consulting services to C-suite leaders. Prior to that, they were a Principal at North Texas Health & Wellness Services Inc., where they pursued their passion for enhancing the lives of the elderly and children with medical needs. Parakh began their career at Accenture, where they held various roles, including Senior Executive, Director, and Senior Manager, leading consulting services engagements and technology initiatives for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.

Zal Parakh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. Zal later pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Zal Parakh also participated in the Doctor of Engineering Program (ABD) at Texas A&M University, specializing in Mechanical Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in October 2021, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Six Sigma Global Institute in September 2021, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in May 2021, and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in August 2003.
