Damian Frank is currently the Head of Flavour & Product Design at All G Foods since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Research Associate at the University of Sydney in 2020. Damian also worked as a Research Scientist at CSIRO from 2004.
Damian Frank completed a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Chemistry/biochemistry from Swinburne University of Technology in 1996. Damian then went on to complete a Doctor of Science in Food Chemistry from Victoria University from 1997 to 2001. After that, they became a Post Doctoral Fellow in Dairy flavour - physiology of olfaction at Swinburne University of Technology from 2001 to 2003. Lastly, they obtained a Master's degree in Medical Science/Drug Development from UNSW from 2012 to 2014.
