Fernando Stuani has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Fernando began their career as a Project Intern at UCS - Universidade de Caxias do Sul, where they focused on scientific research and the evaluation of oxygen transfer for enzyme production. Fernando then worked as a Laboratory Assistant at Fante Bebidas, analyzing wine, juices, and spirits.

Stuani also served as a Teacher, Coordinator, and Supervisor at CCAA, where they taught English to students of different levels and designed effective teaching strategies. Fernando then joined the paint industry, providing technical information to clients and evaluating paint formulas.

From 2020 to 2021, Fernando attended Greenwich Management College and obtained an Advanced Diploma of Program Management. The field of study for this degree is unspecified.
