Yu-Wen Lai

Yu-Wen Lai has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Yu-Wen began as a Receptionist at Hurstville Medical Practice in 2009, and then moved to the University of Sydney as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant in the same year. In 2016, they became a Research Assistant at the University of New South Wales. In 2018, they took on two roles at UNSW, as a Research Assistant and Research Associate. In 2019, they moved to the University of Sydney as a Research Associate, and in 2022 they began working as a Research Administrator and Coordinator at All G Foods.

Yu-Wen Lai attended Georges River College Oatley Senoir Campus before obtaining a Bachelor of Liberal Studies (Hon) from the University of Sydney in 2010. During their time at the University of Sydney, they studied Microbiology, Immunology, and Japanese. In 2008, they participated in an International Exchange Program at Aoyama Gakuin University. In 2016, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Microbiology from the University of Sydney. In 2021, they obtained certifications in Mastering Self-Leadership, Mastering Self-Motivation, and Learning Zoom from LinkedIn.
