Cherie Carlson Duggan, J.D., CAP®, currently serves as the Southeast Advancement at All God's Children International, a position held since February 2023. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at The University of Georgia, where Cherie held multiple senior roles, including Senior Director of Principal Gifts, Senior Director of Development for the Office of the Vice President for Public Service and Outreach, and Director of Foundation Relations, among others, from May 2011 to February 2023. Earlier in the career, Cherie worked as a Grants Specialist/Major Gift Officer at Northern Michigan Regional Health System from 2002 to April 2011. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law, a Bachelor of Science in English from Central Michigan University, and the designation of Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy from The American College of Financial Services.

All God's Children International (AGCI) is an orphan care ministry answering God’s call to provide the love and care that every child deserves. Our vision is to empower local leaders to intervene for the 8 million children currently living in institutions and create more pathways to family and independence. We are committed to putting children first and have advocated for over 4,000 children who are now united with their forever families! Over the past 30 years, we have impacted over 654,680 lives! Our work has spanned across 23 countries and has changed lives through child welfare policy reform, orphan prevention programs, community development initiatives, aging out programs, child welfare training, international adoptions, and direct childcare.
