Tessa R. is an accomplished marketing specialist with extensive experience in communications, graphic design, and social media management. Currently employed at All God's Children International since June 2022, Tessa R. has been instrumental in creating and executing print and digital content, contributing to significant fundraising events that generated over $1.2 million. Previous roles include managing social media and communications for the Better Business Bureau Serving Central Oklahoma, coordinating various social media strategies for multiple organizations, and excelling in journalism and photography during internships and freelance work. Tessa R. holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing and minors in Leadership and Journalism from Southwestern College, where leadership in student publications was also demonstrated.

Our vision is to empower local leaders to intervene for the 8 million children currently living in institutions and create more pathways to family and independence. We are committed to putting children first and have advocated for over 4,000 children who are now united with their forever families! Over the past 30 years, we have impacted over 654,680 lives! Our work has spanned across 23 countries and has changed lives through child welfare policy reform, orphan prevention programs, community development initiatives, aging out programs, child welfare training, international adoptions, and direct childcare.
