Cesar Acosta

Cesar Acosta is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef and Kitchen Manager at Pei Wei since November 2023. Prior to this role, Cesar worked as a Lead Line Cook at STARFISH CALIFORNIA, LLC, and as a Lead Wok Cook at P.F. Chang's from December 2016 to April 2022. In addition to culinary roles, Cesar has been employed as a Data Destruction Agent and Computer Technician at All Green Electronics Recycling since May 2022.
