Since May 2018, Janet has served as a Travel Concierge/Sales at All Guest Services in Orlando, Florida, where responsibilities include liaising with hotel operations to ensure exceptional customer service. Prior to this role, Janet was the Product Development & Contracting Manager at Meeting Point North America from January 2009 to February 2018, negotiating hotel contracts across 16 states.
