Mitchell Pratt, DPT, is a skilled physical therapist with experience spanning more than four years. Currently employed at All Heart Home Care since March 2020, previous positions include working as a physical therapist at AbilisHealth from January 2020 to March 2020 and at Spring Meadows Health Care Center from September 2019 to January 2020.
