Frank Merfalen is an experienced Senior Systems Administrator with a demonstrated history in enterprise environments. Since May 2017, Frank has been with All-in-1, overseeing Avamar and Nutanix backups, managing SAN servers including Unity all-flash SAN, VNX5500, CX300, CX120, UCS servers, VMware servers, and Data Domain server, while utilizing Solar Winds LEM to maintain day-to-day operations. Prior to this, from June 2015 to April 2017, Frank worked as a Systems Administrator at Nicpartnersinc, where responsibilities included supporting the internal network and providing IT support during an assignment at Santa Fe Water Irrigation.

All-In-1 was established in 1991. It is the “administrative” arm of the companies within the ACT•1 Group, providing the back-office support for the various Howroyd Companies. Such administrative support includes much of the accounting functions, operations training, credit and collection efforts, benefits administration, and the management information systems technical support.
