Shahen M. has extensive experience in the tech industry, beginning with a position as an IT Network professional at Columbus State Community College from September 1996 to December 1999. Following this role, Shahen served as a System Analyst at Nationwide Insurance between January 2000 and September 2002. Since October 2002, Shahen has held the position of Software Engineer at All-in-1, contributing to various projects and initiatives throughout a long tenure.

All-In-1 was established in 1991. It is the “administrative” arm of the companies within the ACT•1 Group, providing the back-office support for the various Howroyd Companies. Such administrative support includes much of the accounting functions, operations training, credit and collection efforts, benefits administration, and the management information systems technical support.
