William McFarland

William McFarland is the Chair of our Board and has served as a member of our Board since July 2019. McFarland brings significant financial and management experience to our company. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of PricewaterhouseCoopers Canada from 2011 to 2018. Prior thereto, McFarland was a member of the executive team at PricewaterhouseCoopers Canada from 2005 to 2011 and led the Greater Toronto Area audit practice from 2002 to 2005. McFarland is a member of the Board of directors, the lead director and Chair of the audit committee of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, the Chair of the Board of directors of Dexterra Group Inc., Chair of the Board of directors of The Conference Board of Canada and Chair of the Board of directors of AGT Food & Ingredients Inc. McFarland is a Chartered Professional Accountant, a fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
