Paul Passmore has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.
From 2011 onwards, they served as a Sales Director at ALL In Learning, where they focused on business development, implementation consulting, market penetration, professional development design, and SaaS sales in the K-12 market. Their primary goal was to help districts improve student achievement through formative assessment and PLC/Data team strategies.
Prior to that, Paul worked at eInstruction Corp. from 2005 to 2011 as a Systems and Infrastructure Manager. In this role, they provided leadership and guidance to systems and network administrators. Paul was responsible for overseeing systems and infrastructure at both statewide and European levels. Paul also drafted a Disaster Recovery Plan that was later used as a benchmark by auditors.
Before joining eInstruction Corp., Paul was a Manager and Design Consultant at Passmore, Jankowski & Associates Inc. from 2003 to 2005. This company specialized in Design-Build contracting, particularly in hospital, automotive dealer, and theater construction projects. One of their notable achievements was implementing digital project tours, which significantly increased the closing ratio for the company.
In addition, Paul worked at Park Place Lexus of Plano from 2000 to 2003 as an Internet Sales Manager and Sales representative. During their tenure, they played a key role in increasing the department's sales by 40% through better lead management. Paul's exceptional performance in sales competitions earned him the Elite of Lexus award in 2000, 2001, and a top 20 ranking in the 2002 Power Hitters National Sales Competition.
Paul Passmore earned a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas. Paul completed this degree from 2007 to 2009.
