All-In Milwaukee
All-In Milwaukee is a college completion program that provides financial aid, advising, program and career support to high-potential, limited-income, diverse Milwaukee students. AIM currently supports 415 students and announced its growth plans to expand over the next five years to support 1,000 students. The organization launched in 2019 to dramatically improve the college completion reality in Milwaukee – where just 14% of its high school graduates earn a two-year or four-year degree. All-In Milwaukee is changing the odds for Milwaukee’s youth with robust financial, academic, social, cultural and career development support to ensure scholars complete college and build their careers in Milwaukee. The outcomes show that the All-In Milwaukee model is working. The organization is celebrating its first graduating class with the following results: 90% will graduate in four or five years, 80% are projected to have zero college debts, and 97% of the graduates are staying in Wisconsin. Serving 415 Scholars today, All-In Milwaukee plans to invest in another 150 scholars in the next class, starting college in the fall of 2024. Learn more at www.allinmilwaukee.org
