Maryna Malanenka is an experienced Investment Analyst currently working at All Iron Ventures, where the focus is on supporting entrepreneurs in building fast-growing and capital-efficient companies with global potential. Previously, Maryna served as an Investment Analyst and R&D Financial Consultant at INCOTEC - Innovación Eficiente, overseeing the administrative and financial management of international R&D projects within European programmes and collaborating on project proposals and business plans for funding. Maryna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, earned between 2018 and 2022.
