Martin Burks

Martin Burks is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and deployment. Currently serving as a PC Deployment Technician at All Lines Technology since February 2020, Martin specializes in deploying and configuring PCs at various UPMC locations. Previous roles include an Entrepreneur position and Level I Help Desk/Field Engineer at SPC Networks Inc. Martin has extensive experience with service desk operations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing systems such as Active Directory, O365, and Citrix, among others. Educationally, Martin holds an Associate of Science Degree in Information Technology, Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute-Duluth.
