Jakob Oldenborg Pedersen has a diverse work experience in the logistics industry. Jakob started their career at H. P. Therkelsen A/S as a trainee in June 2001 and later worked as a freight forwarder from June 2003 to January 2004. Jakob then joined Frigoscandia as a freight forwarder from January 2004 to March 2005. In 2005, they worked at Shipping.dk Road Division as a team leader. Jakob then became the General Manager of Shipping.dk Road Division A/S from March 2006 to July 2012. Finally, in September 2012, they became the CEO and owner of All Logistics A/S.
Jakob Oldenborg Pedersen has pursued formal education in two different institutions. Jakob attended the Board Company in 2021 for a Bestyrelsesuddannelse program. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2001, they studied at the International Business School where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Economic.

All Logistics A/S started with one walking floor vehicle and subsequently built up slowly as the company's core values always been kept in focus.
