Randi Friis has been working in the technology sales industry since 1983, when they began as a Machine Sales Representative for All Makes. In this role, they specialized in copiers, printers, scanners, dictation solutions, conference room solutions, and paper shredders, and enjoyed showing clients how investing a little more could save them money. In 2013, they began working with Innovative Print Marketing LLC as a Happy Helper when their husband's business got too busy.
