Charles Gaines IV is a highly experienced logistics professional with over 20 years of service, including a notable tenure with the US Marine Corps and currently as a Program Manager and Senior Logistics Analyst at the All Native Group, where responsibilities include providing logistics and supply accountability support. During military service, Charles supervised maintenance of equipment valued at over $121.5 million across multiple commodity areas, trained and mentored over 4,000 personnel, and acted as a Foreign Logistics Advisor to the Republic of Georgia military. In addition, participation in the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy focused on cloud application development further enhanced technical skills. Charles is currently pursuing an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management at Northern Virginia Community College.
