Charles Patterson currently serves as an Operations Analyst at All Native Group, specifically within the Federal Services Division of Ho-Chunk Inc., since July 2021. Prior to this role, Charles spent 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included serving as a Personnel Officer, Instructor, Recruiter, and Administrative Clerk. As an Instructor, Charles taught introductory administrative specialist classes, laying the groundwork for new Marine administrators. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management from Excelsior University, completed in May 2021, and a Bachelor of Business Administration, anticipated in January 2024, also from Excelsior University.
